Hannah’s coaching philosophy is rooted in meeting individuals where they are, helping them feel strong, confident, and capable in both the gym and everyday life.

 

About HANNAH: Having navigated chronic pain and injury for the past eight years, Hannah brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her coaching—because she knows firsthand that movement is a powerful tool for resilience.


Activities/Specialization: Functional movement, strength training, yoga, interval training, core work, Pilates, and working with special populations, including pre- and postnatal clients.


Certifications:

  • B.S. and M.S. in Kinesiology

  • certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training

  •  ACE Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1

  • TRX Suspension Training
